Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7

Knit in Public Day is coming!
Have y'all heard about Knit in Public Day? I just found out this week! It's on June 14th. Check out the website here for more info. See if you can find an event in your area, or set up a virtual one!
Beth! I popped over after seeing your comment on Norma's blog. You can grow a feast on a deck--I've been doing it for years. I live in an apartment and grow lettuce, tomatoes, basil and all sorts of other things on my second story deck. I strongly recommend you get a copy of McGee & Stuckey's Bountiful Container. It's really inspirational.
Hi Beth, I wanted to thank you for the kind thoughts regarding Nala. I'm sure she is in a better place but it's been a tough week. Sounds like you have been a busy girl. Hope you find time for knitting:) Annie
I hope somewhere on this blog you will find something that stirs your heart. Whether you decide to knit to give, like I do, contribute financially to an organization, or volunteer your time, my wish is that you join me in making a difference in our world. Even the smallest, simplest of gestures can have a huge impact...
